Application for General Membership.
All members of the ELPSP&F must abide by the ELPS P&F Constitution which was recently updated. The Constitution should be read before applying for membership. You can apply for membership by completing the Online Membership Application Form below, or download the form from the link below, complete it and return to either the ELPS office, or scan and email to secretary@elpspandf.org.au
The guidelines for membership are:
- ‘Parents’ are parents of current students.
- ‘Friends’ are past students, parents of past students, current teachers and others.
- ‘Others’ includes community members who must demonstrate a real and current connection to the school.
All membership applications will be reviewed by the Executive, and decisions made by the Executive on the acceptance of the application.
All current members (except Executive and Life Members) will need to renew their membership to the ELPS P&F annually - memberships will not roll over. The Membership year runs from January 1 to December 31. Membership gives you the right to vote on motions (including Special Resolutions), and keeps you informed of what's going on with the P&F by being on our mailing list. There is currently no cost to renew or join.
The ELPS P&F take the privacy and security of your details very seriously. Your membership application details are entered into a membership registry database. The database is only accessible by members of the P&F Executive, and others delegated responsibility by the Executive of maintaining that database. Your details will not be made available to other members, ELPS and it's staff, or any other third party. The original application forms have been collated and will be stored securely.
